1. Retrieve your missing serial number from the version of QuarkXPress you’re currently running
• On Mac OS: Launch QuarkXPress, press the Option key, and choose QuarkXPress > About QuarkXPress®. The serial number displays in the QuarkXPress® Environment dialog box.
• On Windows: Launch QuarkXPress, press the Ctrl key, and choose Help > About QuarkXPress®. The serial number displays in the QuarkXPress® Environment dialog box.
